CERTIFICATE FOR RETURN TO TAJIKISTAN
When you must travel urgently…
If your passport has been lost, stolen, damaged, is full or has recently expired and you don’t have time to renew or replace it before you travel, the Embassy can issue a certificate for return to the Republic of Tajikistan. The certificate will be valid for 30 days.
The applicant should submit the following:
- Copy of National Passport
- Letter of request (ариза)
- Two passport-size photos (3.5×4.5 cm)
- Copy of document of residence
- Police Record
The Certificate will be issued free of charge. For any additional information, please contact the Embassy.
